Now for those holidays that make me so eager to start gathering my ingredients! For Halloween, I have already decided to make the Microwave Peanut Brittle and the Strawberry Divinity recipes. These are moist and tasty with shredded carrots, sweetened coconut, and toasted walnuts with more walnuts and coconut on top of the yummy creamy maple frosting. You can’t go wrong with either of these!
As you may know, I am a cookie junkie and there is no way for me to pick a favorite from the new collection of recipes in Cookies! The decorated Santa Cookies would be a tasty way to sweeten up your Christmas party. These butter cookies are cut into star shapes, baked, and decorated with fluffy red and white icing for a very cute presentation. Other cookies include traditional family choices like Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies, Mom’s Sugar Cookies, and crunchy Pecan Crispies.
